I have talked many times about my accountability partner Angie Newton. We have been partners for quite a while now. It has been a partnership that has helped me build and advance my business. While Angie and I were at the NAMS 3 workshop in January,we were approached by several people asking all sorts of questions about accountability partnerships.
The questions about being accountability partners continues.
Since we have returned we still continue to get questions. Here are some examples:How do you find an accountability partner? What do you do when you meet? How often do you meet? There are also many other questions. During a recent call between Angie and I we discussed these questions and decided to address them by writing a report.
All your questions will be answered! Now we need you questions! Please comment in this post and share what you want to know about accountability partners!
Now think, think, think! Also please pass this on to a friend and have them think too! Now what are you waiting for go leave a comment!
Thanks,

What if the two partners don’t have the same amount of experience or knowledge? Specifically –what if I feel like I’m taking way more than I’m giving?!

Kayla,
That is a great question because Angie has been running an online business for several years and I have only been online for less than a year! It does work. Even though you feel like you are taking believe me you are always giving when it is the right partner!
Danielle,I never realized you had such pretty eyes!
Ok,my question is how do you exit an accountability relationship if it’s not working without hurt feelings? I had a situation like that last year &I don’t think I handled it as well as I should have. Now,I’m kind of gun shy about trying again.

Cathy,You are so sweet! Thanks for the compliment!
That is such a great question. I am not sure what Angie would say about it but I think the best thing to do is talk about it up front. When you start your partnership discuss that no matter what you will leave on good terms and if it not working out you will be open and honest about it!
Great questions ladies! Thank you so much for your feedback.
