It is that time of week that I share my personal accountability for this week. It amazes me every week (it should not) that thinks don’t go quite as planned. I did accomplish a lot and I am very proud of what I have done but things are not as I envisioned it.
This week I went to stay with my husband’s brother for three days. I was able to spend several days focused on work! It was very productive. It was really nice to be able get work done and not be interrupted by kids needing things. Don’t get me wrong I love my children but I needed a break!
I decided while I was there that I need to have a period of time during the day where I can just focus. Thus far I have been unable to find time on my own to work. I have four children ages 8 and under. It is sometimes impossible to get work done during the day. So my husband and I spoke and I will be able to take two to three hours a day where I will not interupted by children. This will be a great benefit for me. It will also bless my family because it won’t seem like I am always on the computer! I am excited about this change and hope that we can implement it easily this week.
Okay here are my goals for last week and my personal accountability for my business:
Article Marketing
- Continue to write articles every day for 100 Articles 100 Days. –I crossed it off half way because I did really well until Thursday. So today I have three articles to get done.
Danielle’s Journey
- Post Daily- I was able to post daily except for Tuesday and Friday.
New affiliate Site
- Edit posts -I was able,with the help of my fabulous husband,get all the articles edited.
- Set up auto responder. –This ended up at the bottom of the list this week.
- work on deep linking to products. –I was able to create forty product pages with deep links.
- Make sure is page is search engine optimized. –I crossed half of this out because in order to get so many pages done I skipped some seo. This is something I will go back to this coming week when I complete all the product pages.
- Set up twitter account for new pen name. –This was not at the top of the list this week either.
- Make sure all loose ends are tied up. –I haven’t completed everything so it is hard to tie up loose ends.
Now as for this coming week I have a lot planned. I am working really hard on getting my new affiliate website done so that it will be all ready for Christmas!

- Catch up and keep up with 100 articles 100 days
- Write two articles for new articles for my new niche affiliate site.

- write two auto responder messages
First Affiliate Site
- Write the first newsletter edition
- Write two posts
New Affiliate Site
- Finish posting product pages
- Post four articles/blog posts
- Set up auto responder
