I have briefly talked before about my Elite Membership on The Self Starter Weekly Tips forum that is run by Lynn Terry. This is my favorite place to be. I am not kidding you either. If I could spend all my time on the forum I would.
Where this began…
I joined the Self Starter Weekly Tips Forum years ago. I believe it was back in 2005. I would go on every once in a while but it was not often at all. I was running a different business and I used the forum as advertising,so to speak! Even back then I new it was a great place to be! So when I started my journey back in March of this year I found the forum again. Then I discovered Lynn Terry.
Why is Lynn Terry important to me?
She is real! She is a great example of success and she is an affiliate marketer. So I started paying attention to her. She has been the best teacher I could ever ask for! I had checked to see if I could join her Elite membership group and the page kept telling me that membership was closed. Of course I was disappointed but I kept checking back! I was so happy when I was on vacation in July,and I read an email stating she had opened up the Elite membership again. I joined before I even got home from vacation because I didn’t want to miss anything!
Why do I love the Elite group?
I am inspired by the members. Everyone is working on a project of their own. We all have direction in our business. If ever I have a question the elite group jumps in right away to help. I will give you an example. I have been participating in Jimmy D. Browns membership program Affiliatenaire. The lesson I was on was talking about using articles from an affiliate site to add content to my blog. Well I had not chosen affiliates and when I started looking for affiliates I realized that I couldn’t find many. So panic set in. I had been working on this blog for four weeks and now I thought,I might have to let it go because I don’t have affiliates.
Elite group to the rescue!
I thought to myself if anyone can help me the Elite group can (kind of corny but I really thought it)! So that night I posted a thread asking for help,to think of affiliate programs,I could use or affiliate products I could recommend. By the next afternoon I had a huge list of what I could promote!
This is not a one time thing either. Everyday members get on and help one another. There have been accountability partners set up. Joint venture partners created. Guest blogging offered. All of this within the group. We know each other and support one another. Not only do we have this but we have access to Lynn! Lynn is on the forum often offering her advice and input! Every Thursdays we have a private webinar called the Brainstorming hour where Lynn opens it up to us to ask questions and get suggestions!
There are extras in the Forum.
In the Elite private forum their are some extras too. There are a bunch of free downloads that Lynn had made available to us. Some of these products you have to pay up to $97 for! We also can access the recording of the Tuesday free webinar Lynn does and the Brainstorming hour as well. So if you have missed these you can listen to them.
NAMS
The Niche Affiliate Marketing System 2 (NAMS) was August 14-17. While at this workshop many members of the Elite group were able to have private time with Lynn and glean from her great knowledge! What an opportunity!! Lynn set up a private reception just for members to get to know each other,brainstorm and have some fun! Let me tell you I am so excited to go to NAMS3 in January to have this little bonus.
Okay enough already,right?!
I just want to share with you the best thing that has happened to my business thus far! If I am having a hard time focusing I go there. I see what other people are doing and say to myself “You need to get going!”.

Brainstorming session are so great! Today I totally was inspired by how focus everyone is,so now I am using a timer! I hope this works.

Thanks for making the Elite group available. Access to you is priceless! You could be charging hundreds and even thousands for coaching but instead you have the elite group! It is seriously the best thing in my business!!
Hi Danielle. I too am an Elite member and I totally agree with all that you wrote. The one thing I love about the group and Lynn Terry is that it is not a cookie-cutter “Do this then do that”. Lynn does not hold your hand,instead she provides you with the necessary knowledge to do this on your own. Much like the “teaching a man to fish”concept. Of course having her there when things don’t go exactly as planned is a wonderful resource…:)

Love the elite membership over at SSWT. Lynn is a very special mentor and I agree with everything you said about the group. Oh yea and I’ll be at NAMS 3 so I’m excited to meet everyone!

You certainly described Lynn and the group beautifully. Everyone is so very helpful and Lynn sets such a wonderful example of generosity in sharing of herself and information…brilliant.
I was actually a member for several months and never really got into the Forums. Once I did I was so glad. So many times,challenges that I would,in the past,have spent hours in looking for answers can now be resolved in minutes,simply by putting the question(s) out into the Elite Forum.
The Elite Group is perfect for anyone who wants to work online. I’ve learned so much since becoming a member. One of my favorite things is the way people help each other out even if others would see us as competition.

I agree that Lynn Terry’s Elite group is a great investment and incredible value. I have been a member for a year and recommend it to my friends that are interested in internet marketing,blogs,SEO and making money on line.
Lynn is a very special person and really cares about us and our success. I am also meeting a lot of other nice warm friendly like minded individuals and may even end up with some new life time friends.
