Hot Seminar Series:Selling on eBay

On Wednesday night I attended the first night of the Hot Seminar Series.  The very first guest was Jenn Cangelosi.  She has been selling on eBay for nine years!  That is just crazy.  Has eBay been around for that long?  I guess I have been a member of eBay for 8 years.  Jenn gave us some great insights!

What does Jenn have to offer?

Jenn owns the website Boutique Bargains. This site is set up to help eBay sellers become successful and make a good profit. Boutique Bargains is a private membership site that offers advice and mentoring.  In the Hot Seminar class we were given a discount code to get started in the site. My eBay story!

I have some background in selling on eBay.  I sold name brand clothes for a while and made a little bit money.  It was a lot of work shipping so I stopped.  My next attempt selling on eBay was about a year and a half ago.  My husband ran a coupon clipping service.  It was very successful,we made some profit (not an outlandish amount) and became powersellers.  We discontinued our service because we were moving across the country and we lost our supplier.  It was a ton of work and after evaluating the business we decided to stop.  Now if I found something that I really enjoyed selling I would start up again in no time!

I really enjoyed the instant gratification of having an auction end and receiving money.  Nothing like that!  In Jenn’s Boutique Bargains she alerts you to great deals and what sells well. This is a treasure to have.  It saves so much work!  On Wednesday she shared tips on what she loves about having an eBay business and what she dislikes about it.  She gives tips about drop shipping and what the best wholesalers are (priceless).

This is the first week of the Hot Seminar Series.  You can still hear Jenn if you buy a pass to the series.
