7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to watching a good movie while I write out birthday cards, tomorrow my plans include going to a sweepstakes meeting and Sunday, I want to go to church with my family!

My Wordless Wednesday picture is from a family reunion at my in-laws house.  My husband and brothers growing up would play wiffle ball in the house and all kinds of dangerous sports.  One of the things they would do is “line it up”.  No ball is involved all they do is line up and try to get past one another without getting tackled or stopped.  So they thought it would be fun to have the kids (then 5 years old and 3 years old) line it up with them!  It was quite fun!

This Tackle It Tuesday is making bread! I am due to make some loaves of bread. This picture is from my last attempt. My husband was in charge of the rising (I went and donated plasma) and he forgot to let them rise a second time. So they look a little funny and they are not great for making sandwiches! So I will be the one to let them rise and finish the work all the way through. I am lucky enough to have a kitchenaid to help me do the work. The recipe isn’t to extremely hard but this is a whole lot cheaper than buying bread at $1.69 a pop! Store bought bread the kids go through one loaf within a day! So I make bread!
